As a long time New Jersey resident, I have decided that using 911 as a meme to insult Knicks fans is pretty disgusting. Friends of mine had their families ruined, people burning alive jumped 70 stories, splattering on the pavement to end the pain. And, most importantly, people who hate our country, the things we love (including our professional sports), drove Boeing 737 planes into our buildings. From that day on, America was never the same. More lives were lost at war, and people of different races started hating each other.
All in all, it was the lowest period I can remember for Americans. And now people who root for another sports team use those acts undertaken on New York City just to get under another fan's skin. Imagine if your sister was brutally raped and I posted a picture of the guy fucking your sister saying the guy is my team and your sister is yours. The mods let things go to far in here and I don't want to be a part of it.
