Its a Limbus Company copypasta that originated after the devs (Project Moon) nerfed stage 2-18 HP and difficulty since it was a massive wall at launch. So whenever newer players posted celebratory screenshots of clearing stage 2-18 post-patch, OG players jokingly reiterate that the fight was nerfed.
