Its a running joke started by u/Vendidurt on the Credit Card in Balatro. The person is giving his crackpot theory on what the numbers on the Credit Card mean but doesn’t actually explain anything so you’re left with more questions.
So if you look at the numbers there actually is an "easter egg" (hidden fun secret).
"8675309" was a popular song based on a phone number in the 1470s or whenever.
"420" is a "druggist" number of some kind. Possibly satanic.
"69" is a phone "asterisk code" you can type in and it will automagically call back the last number that called your phone. Very convenient in the Ye Olde Dayes before "call back" was commercially popularized.
"1234" is the combination to my luggage.
