Its a Trump impression of the Tromp destroyer in World of Warships. Tromp is notorious for being a bad or meme pick in the game and because of that the community often joke that it is in fact a great ship.

The survivability is incredible due to its 30mm turtleback armour almost nobody knows about. Although your upper compartment drains HP in the beginning, after having no HP left it is almost like a french destroyer as the citadel compartment is protected from AP even from battleships like Montana. You can bounce of every cruiser in the game with that citadel armour while Ragnar can just get overmatched by Sevastopol AP. This also means that adrenaline rush is very strong as you just lose very little hp as soon as the upper compartments HP is drained. It almost has Ragnar gun HE DPM (when being nose in it has better DPM than Ragnar due to the 2 turrets in front) while compensating its downside of having almost 50% more alpha damage while having incredible 70s stock reload on 6 12km 15kdmg and 71kts torps. I'm not sure why Ragnar is banned but Tromp isn't, it just shows that the devs can't read their own numbers, play the game or listen to the community. That DPM is almost 80% of the Somers torp DPM while somers has horrible guns and slower torps. And then we even get a +25% speed boost which makes it very manouverable. On the top as a gimmick you get the Airstrike with incredible 266k (stock) DPM which can set fires on anything you shot so far making it the perfect firestarter. If you put it together with a ship having smoke it can easily kill any Annapolis (which has less than just double your airstrike DPM in HE).
