The GOAT of shonen
Bachi fans are ironically calling Kagura Bachi the Greatest Of All Time (GOAT) as a joke to troll other viewers. This is even funnier when you consider that Chapter 1 of the manga had only been released a few days ago.
One of the reason why people meme on this manga is because it has the most basic cookie cutter synopsis for a shonen. Add it with the fact that the reception for Chapter 1 to be only okay-ish the joke speaks for itself on how ridiculous it is to call it the GOAT of shonens.
Young Chihiro spends his days training under his famous swordsmith father. One day he hopes to become a great sword-maker himself. The goofy father and the serious son—they thought these days would last forever. But suddenly, tragedy strikes. A dark day soaked in blood. Chihiro and his blade now live only for revenge. Epic sword battle action!

Enough time has passed.
“Enough time has passed” was a tweet by user Timmy Cook. The Tweet pretty much implied that Kagura Bachi was better than Naruto and it the context gets more ridiculous as it was shared before the manga even released! Kagura Bachi Anime?!
Shared as a joke on Reddit, Kagura Bachi fans would often share or ask questions about Bachi as though they are reading or watching the manga far ahead in the future.
The joke is that the manga has far surpassed popularity in the future with its insane arcs and anime adaptation that the person who presumably has early access wants to discuss it with fellow fans who also has early access into this info.
